What is your refund and return policy?
Our policy lasts 90 days from the purchase date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in packaging to be eligible for a return. Some items may only qualify for partial refunds.
How do I complete a return?
Provide a receipt or proof of purchase. For details, please contact us.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within a few days.
What should I do if my refund is late or missing?
First, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us.
Can I exchange an item?
We only replace defective or damaged items. Contact us at brandon@ondemandhardware.com for exchanges.
How do I return a gift?
If the item is marked as a gift, you'll receive a gift credit. If it wasn’t, the refund will go to the gift giver.
What are the shipping costs for returns?
You are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
